Sustainability is not a side initiative here. It is built into how we clean, maintain and protect every site we look after. New Zealand has legislated a net-zero target for 2050 under the Climate Change Response (Zero Carbon) Amendment Act 2019, and the organisations we service are increasingly asked to show what their supply chain is doing about it. We take that seriously, because a cleaning contractor turns up at your building every day and the choices we make there are yours to account for.

Structured Environmental Management
Our Environmental Management System (EMS) is established, documented, implemented and continually improved in line with AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015. It provides the framework we use to identify and manage environmental risks, set measurable objectives, and ensure that our cleaning and facility services minimise impact across every site we look after.
The EMS forms part of White Spot Group’s integrated management system, working alongside our quality and safety management systems built to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. This integrated approach gives clients the assurance that environmental performance, service quality and workplace health and safety are managed under consistent, auditable standards across all contracts.

Low-toxicity, environmentally preferable products, controlled dilution so chemical is not wasted down a drain, and optimised water and energy use. Waste is separated on site and diverted where local services allow, supporting council waste minimisation targets under the Waste Minimisation Act 2008. Where Environmental Choice New Zealand certified products are specified for your site, we supply the certificates with the quote.

We assess your building during the hours it is actually serviced, document fixture counts and floor areas, and return a task-by-task scope with a fixed price, quoted excluding GST with GST shown separately at 15%. If you are changing providers, we manage the Part 6A transfer under the Employment Relations Act 2000, so your existing team retains its terms and continuity of service.
