The Standard We Set in 2014, Now in New Zealand
White Spot Group was founded in Sydney in 2014, growing out of White Spot Cleaning, which Benji Kushwaha started in 2010. It was built on a standard we would not move on: do the basics properly, on every site, every time.
That standard now runs a group of more than 500 people across more than 3,000 sites in Australia and New Zealand, with operations extending to Singapore, working to a management system built to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. It is the same standard our teams have worked to here since 2023.
Decades of Experience
White Spot Group is led by an executive team with decades of combined experience across facilities management, finance, safety and operations. They set the standards the business runs to, retain oversight of major contracts including New Zealand operations, and stay close enough to the work that the systems they build hold up on site.

From a Small Sydney Team to a Trans-Tasman Facility Services Group
What started as a small team in Sydney now operates across Australia and New Zealand, servicing clients in government, healthcare, education, logistics and industrial sites. New Zealand operations opened in 2023 from an Auckland base.

Foundation
Founded in Sydney by Benji Kushwaha, launched as White Spot Cleaning, providing both commercial and residential services with a focus on reliability and quality.
2014
Transition to White Spot Group
Incorporated as a company, shifting focus exclusively to commercial cleaning and building the foundations for larger-scale operations.
2019
National Growth
Entered ACT, Victoria, and Queensland, securing contracts across multiple industries and solidifying our presence along Australia’s East Coast.
2021
Operational Excellence
Opened a second office in Victoria and achieved Triple ISO Certification (Quality, Safety, Environment), offering a broader and fully compliant service portfolio.
2023
New Zealand Operations
Opened in New Zealand with an Auckland base, servicing offices, body corporates and industrial sites under the same management system used across the group.
2024
Growth Across the Group
Expanded into Western Australia and South Australia, taking the group to more than 3,000 client sites and over 500 staff across Australia and New Zealand.
2026
Regional Expansion
Expanded into Singapore, strengthening White Spot Group’s regional footprint and capability to support clients across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Every quote begins with a site visit, scheduled at the hour your building is actually cleaned, so the scope reflects the work rather than an estimate. You receive a task by task specification and a fixed price, with GST shown separately.
